Athivrusti anavrusti not in our hands, in natures control to some extent. But our inability to have proper drainage/canal system and lakes  to divert the water can be blamed.

Yeah Nizampet elevation lo undhi. Chandanagar side maa relatives flats elevated parking area and first floor munuginappudu, nizampet lo safe. It was around 2010 anukunta. Nizampet lo ippidu ila undhi ante, rain oka range lo kottundhi. Remember there used to be a lake in nizampet, it was gone now.
