if you buy a car(from a private seller) in State A and the car has registration of State A and you want to take to State B

And you dont have any registration tags or Plates for State B 

And now you want to drive the car from State A to State B after the purchase

Nope differs from state to state 

dont drive with old plates 

why do you want to use old number plate 

go and get a temporary tag and get registration in state b

y so particular about STate A number plate? fancy plate with name?

Simple process state b dmv kelli title transfer .out of state konnanduku oka form untadhi some states might require inspection to be done before even u go to dmv being an out of state vehicle so go to dmv present the title with old owner signature fill out out of state tranafer form and you are good to go
