FT question?

Last month labour approve ayenadhi next month lo 140 apply chestha ani desi employer annadu... So now if I got any FT option then what things need to look? 

If 140 approve ayethey h4 ki ead ayena apply cheyochu ga?

if u change employer and ur old 140 may be revoked by ur prev empyer in that case any H4 EADs will get void

avunu... 140 approve ainaka jump chesthe u can port ur PD to ur new 140 ...think about the benefit of being ahead in line if ur new employer takes a while (for example 1yr ) to file ur PERM after u take FT ...
FT teesukune mundu its one of the important things to clarify the lead time to file GC with ur new employer... usual ga mesthri lu  2-6 months lo file chestaru but not the same case with non-mesthri corps... Check with ur FT employer for any policies governing the GC filing etc

Ask your employer to do i140 in premium.. 1 month lo ayipotundi and then u can join new company and mostly they will start GC there in 6-12 months so  you wont lose time as u can port PD
