Pre Trial Intervention-Traffic violation Program??

Hi friends,Naku couple of weeks georgia lo traffic ticket padindi.na court trial date is in october.yesterday naku court nundi oka letter vachindi saying that nenu before court date ,  Pre-trial Intervention for Traffic violation program lo participate cheyochu ani as this is non accident related ticket. It says nenu e program complete chesaka they will dismiss my citation.anyone have idea what this program is or used this program?please help
