Learning salesforce is very easy (esp administration). Since it is easy to learn get ADM certification, there will be lot of competition from our desi people for ADM jobs. Pay is also decent, but getting lower because of competition. If you have JAVA/SQL background learn Salesforce development. Salary is also high and good number of permanent positions available too.
