Don't know about marketing consultancies, but here is some info about  learning salesforce course training:

1) salesforce university - very good but quiet expensive

2) Simplilearn -good, but course is around $1000

3) typical online courses offered by people from india : charges from 300-500 usd. You need to do research.

4) Find courses from Udemy. 

5) Many resources available freely online. ex: Saleasforce it self offers all modules by trailheads ( https://trailhead.salesforce.com) and free material, salesforce success community to answer your doubts.

Many videos available in youtube for free.
