Please Help Me generally H1 start date Oct 1 st vuntadi but if you get rfe in june , submitted in July . uscis takes their own time to process your application ( Not premium) in this case when ever they approve h1 at that day onwards your h1 starts ... until then u should be maintain valid status in your case employers last week lo submit chestharu , to avoid further rfes ... so if your rfe is simple and you have enough documents for this rfe ..just relax dont get tension...for this Quote
