RICE -HEADACHE

Rice gets easily digested compared to other whole grain, whole wheat items, which are packed  with calories and hard for your body to breakdown the food inside but if you limit your intake of rice with more veggies and meats then you should be good.

What do you think.... Eating vegetables and fruits everyday with less calories ---- will not give you all those required vitamis..?

Eating 2 chapatis once in 2 days will not give you required sugar / glucose..?

Eating egg / non-veg once in a week will not give you required Proteins...?

Eating Yogurt once in 3 days will not give you required probiotics...?

Once you are used to eating less qty.... then you can eat everything - in a planned manner.... and that too by losing weight....

This is not for me...... For you...!

Even before tying you are thinking so many things..... which are just taking you in negative direction...

Just start the plan for 2 or 3 weeks.... you will be on right path your self...

After 10 days I felt much better.... and then started continuing the same.

I got down from 36 inches to 33 inches... and put down around 8 kgs.... I started using old trousers....

NO RICE AT ALL...... and now its 4th week.

This is the same which is taught in many Weight Loss diet centers (Manthena Satyanarayana / Kolors / etc).

 

IMP:

First week - just stay calm and dont walk much or dont gym.... or else you will fell dizziness and will fall down unconsciously...

From 2nd week start simple exercises and simple jogging.... and start sweating a little.... then your body will start burning more fat... as you are just eating vegetables.

Raw Vegetables will give only 400 cal per lunch... but daily required is 2500 cal for gents (and 2000 cal for ladies)... Hence your body will start burning the stubborn fat in your body.... to get energy / glucose.

Dont take any juice.... Directly eat either fruits / vegetables.... but remember - very limited qty.

No bananas and potatos.....please - as they are very high energy.... and are more calories.

Dont take any other juice...... Drink only water or warm water with lime.

Dont eat anything after 6 or 7 PM.... just water.

You will defenitely see the difference in just 3 weeks.

naa tindhi vidhanam

BF: 1) at 5 I wake up and drink 2 glasses of water with out brush. Go out for fresh air walk for 2.5 miles.

2)after kaala kruthyalu -vaamu veyyinchi + add a bit of Ghee= make it into a small mudha. + 2 eggs + 1 bowl cereal/ a bow of spicy masala oats + a cup of Milk/Honey + warm water

 

11 AM: Lunch time. 3 small boxes I take to office 1) With curry- very large quantity..like two servings 2) Sambar/Rasam 2- servings..one I take it in the start as a soup ,2 to mix with rice  3) Rice. I mixed half a portion of curry and eat. second half I take Rasam and rice and add curry or sometimes...eat just the curry.

 

3:30 PM: I eat 1 Banana,1 Apple and Drink Honey + warm water.

 

6 Pm After I come home: I eat two  pulkas with curry or pickle and yogurt.

 

9 PM : I eat 2 Banana's + Warm milk with Turmeric and Honey.

 

I avoid milk and eat baby carrots + Raw mangoes with salt +red chilli powder in case I consume alcohol.

 

 

Naa matta 1 pound peragaledhu or 1 pound loss avvaledhu.  A  hip size is same and I don't have a belly. I go for regular check up and there is no deficiency in me found so far from the last 5 years,

maa dad chinnapati nunchi made it a habit for him and me to walk 4 KM's..2 up 2 down every morning. Should thank to him
