Suggestion regardin visa stamping

EmployerA tho stamped visa undhi until 2017, recent ga employerB ki shift ayyanu and i797 approve ayindi. 

Ipuudu nenu Bahamas family trip planing, do i need to go for stamping again or can i use old visa with approved 797 ?
