So he goes out and finds a nice girl and brings her home to meet her dad and says "I'm gonna marry her!" The father takes the son aside and says "I've been out and around a bit, and you can't marry her because she's my daughter and your half-sister. But don't tell anybody because your mother doesn't know." So the son sadly breaks up with the girl, and soon finds another and brings her home. Again, his father takes him aside and says he can't marry this girl either, because she's also his half-sister. "But don't tell anybody because your mother doesn't know." The third time this happens, the son goes to his mother heartbroken and tells her his problem and his mother says, "Well son, you go ahead and marry any girl you want, because I've been out and around a bit myself, and your father isn't really your father!"
