How did got approved then if you already requested to withdraw ?

May be it is their mistake. Either way you are on h4 now and cant work.

You will either get RFE or approval. In either case you don't need to worry, since your h1b process is still going on. But things may get complicated and later and USCIS may ask you if you had worked after h4 approval. So its better you upgrade your application to premium as soon as possible.

Yes attorney just filing a case ... even after request for h4 revocation they still processed it so they are upgrading it to premium processing ASAP.... hopefully everything goes well..

H4 Ead kanaka vunte u can work on H1b receipt number or Just H4 approve ayyapothee (Irrespective of your request on H4 with drawl.) You cant workk..

If you have proof of receipt notice of h4 withdrawl before it is approved,take infopass appointment and explain to them ,they will revert it back to your previous status i.e. H1 and let them know that it is urgent since you have job offer and there will be financial loss.
