defensive pass interference ki spot of the foul  if happens beyond the target yardage, or under the target yardage aythey automatic first down ade endzone lo aythey 1st and goal ball placed at 1 yrd line

offensive pass interference is -10 yards and repeat the down

false start or line jump or delay of game ki -5 yrds and repeat the down

roughing the passer after delivering/throwing the football aythey min 10 yrds-15 yrds penalty automatic first down

unsportsman like conduct ki -10 yrds(if thats a touchdown celebration, then penalty will be enforced after punt)

example: Offense 3 & 2 yds undanuko, pass incomplete ayyaka offense fowl chesethey, the opposing team will decline the penalty coz accepting penalty will make it 3 & 7 or 3 &12 ,deny chesthey it will be 4 & 2, for which in most cases teams will punt and return the ball

but edho holding foul on defense valla 5 yds vachindi ankuna... appdu offense will decline that penalty..

endhukantey.... gaining 15 yds is more ..in comparison to 5 yds. 

so team manchi avthundi ankuntey..they deny penalties. game situation ni batti
