EB1 ki ila apply cheyyochaa?

yet another question regarding immigration

 

We run a non IT company in india successfully, cannot go back to india yet without GC. US life ki oka sardhakatha vachevaraku ikkade undaali ani.....but chinna line thought vachindi, help me , so putting that idea in public forum.

Any way we are planning to start the same company in USA, in 2 states. After operations started in USA, what if i go back to india for 1 year, work there as director ( anyway being a partner u will be director), come back to USA as Manager, file EB1 GC through US branch.....

 

Is this process matches , qualifies for EB1 ....

apply cheyy.. reject chestaru... nee idea bagundi but workout kaadu.. coz it has certain requirements.. read between the lines..

Might work. Talk to attorney and see if are meeting all the minimum requirements. But make sure you have back up plan if this doesn't work out. Ability to come back to States and do not affect your career

By the team you reach all the minimum requirements of firm, you might get GC in other category EB2/EB3. Don't rely just on EB1c

tappadu brother,  so basically, US lo board of directors diversified team kosam oka nallodu, oka tellogu, oka GC , oka 2 h1 lu unnaru.  ealagu work out chestunnam kadhaa, so EB1 ki eligibility eanduku raadu , piga STEM field .  and more over economic activity , bidirectional investments . and licensed for 2 states.

500k investment, full time job offers to some americans and stable turn over for a year. Then you can file it and get a gc in 6 months period. USCIS website lo unay requirements.

I don't think they will accept your application if you are financially involved in the company (not the legit employee-employer relationship).

most of rejections happen in DB itself. inka lawyer de__y mataadu......so financial relationship with company eandukundakudadu vayya..... buying a cloud startup stocks , at the same time you can work for that same company....partners ante share holders ani meaning, so if you are share holder, you will be paid dividends , but you will get salary as you work for them.
