yes file complaint first then send that copy to vendor cc your employer and other vendors if u have any

then talk to advocate and file case, you might spend some $2-3K for advocate but you will get all your money back with interest and fine

Legal ga proceed avthe..Mee employer neku support cheyali..Attorney ki baane karchu avthadi..Last ki neku ee $10K oo entho osthayi..All the best

no thats wrong suggestion, I filed case hired attorney for 3K and vendor own me 23K. in return I won the case and that vendor paid 36K with interest and fine na sulle

May be ne luck ayi vundochu..Ilanti cases lo min $20k outstanding balance unte thappa employer case file cheyadu..Enduku ante oche paisalu antha attorney ke pay cheyalsi osthadi ani..

 Attorney neku chala cheap ga chesadu anukunta..General ga baane charge chestharu..entha anedi it depends..

no it depends, I spoke to many attorneys. most of them said they will charge 10-20% of what we get from vendor. So even if its is something around 10K you will loose only 2K and attorneys are ready to fight for these kind of cases as this is sure shot win case and they make money.

 

just that none of indians take this step to file a case but its worth giving a try other than losing money to some stupid people

go to near by dee oo yal and ask them they will help you, if not go to near by folice station and ask them details, they will frovide all info. good luck

i went to may govt offices and inquired, spend sometime during your lunch time go and meet them, you will get info
