As of now emi avvatledu. Rule prakaram aithe 140 revoke ayyina ventane EAD meeda work aapali. Kaani adi USCIS vaadu clear gaa describe cheyyaledu. As of now, that is a grey area people are using for their favor. Nothing wrong in it. Only thing is you have to have a valid 140 by the time the EAD comes for renewal.

May be desi consulting companies do to avoid issues if audited but product companies cheyadam I never heard
