need your help

All,
 
We’ve gotten complaints about an issue within the men’s room stalls.  Occasionally there is what I’ll simply call “debris” on the floor of the stalls.  It appears to have been deliberately deposited on the floor by the user of the stall.  Ugh.  We’re all proud to be in this beautiful building – it’s an investment by (name of company) in each of us as individuals.  I don’t know if it’s someone at (name of company) or someone at the other office on this floor, but we all have a responsibility to maintain this great space we work in.   

Let's be certain we always show respect to one another and our neighbors.    Thanks for your help.
