No husband would tolerate this and no son would like to be separated from his family members, who are dependent on his income," the bench said.Responding to the plea of a man, the apex court bench also ruled that making false accusation against the husband of extra-marital affair and threatening him to commit suicide will also be considered valid reasons for divorce. It also supported the husband saying the mere idea of facing legal battle would put a husband under relentless stress."A wife is expected to be with the family of the husband after the marriage. She becomes integral part of the family of the husband and without any justifiable reason, she should not insist to get separated from the family.
