Inko question - h1 in process and need to apply for cos

First h1 denied, 40 days back. But safe side ga transfer + extension pettinna.. so, staying lawful presense due to pending application with u s c i s .. ippudu university lo join avudham anthe cos i 20 ivvammu anthunnaru.. since h1 expired more than month anta..:did anyone face this situation?? H1 denied after 33 days from the day of  h1 expired
