1) Create aprofile of https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/

2) once you fill basic info..you will get an option for payment

3) thats where it will give you options for payments..so once you select the bank ...it will give you a pdf form with amount you have to pay

4) go to the bank with that copy and passport...pay the fee and they will give you a recipt which will have the CGI num ... 

5) come back tohttps://cgifederal.secure.force.com/ and login and then use the CGI num

6) you will see appointment dates
