STOP cardio . just do dynamic stretching before after workout. Diet: go low carb .. I posted many links in gymsons old thread.. No one reads it when needed. Refer carb back loading. Calculate your BMR and portion your macros to c:p:f = 20:45:35. You follow this 4 weeks and post results.. Quote
