gatlingburg and pigeon forge are tourist places...so loads of activities.

clingman's dome lo views bhaguntayi...only go if there is a clear sky. lekpothe aa hike waste.

trams and lifts untayii...if children are interested.

take a drive from gatlinburg to Cherokee..the drive is full of beautiful scenic views...Clingmans dome, newfound gap etc will be on this route..u can stop at any spot and take pics or enjoy the scenery
