once employer change ithe inform cheyali....old employer tho good relation maintain chesuko...i thought that vaadu marketing cheyadam ledani nuvvu change avuthunnava...

that is upto urs...but change ayithe vadiki inform chesi avvu...one of my frnd face a problem....employer ni change chesukuno marketing start chesadu old employer ki inform cheyakunda...you yes see i yes nundi old employer ki call vellindi...he is working or not ani...they saaid no...status problem ayyindi ....rfe vachindi...
