3 month old baby rashes

HI bro's maa babu ki reddish rashes vachayi skin paina face paina and spreading to other parts of body lightly. He is into his 3rd month now. We are worried about this condition, he was doing fine still few days. Oka 4 days nundi ila avthundi..we are taking him to doctor tomorrow but maa concern is more about , is this anything to be worried and if any of your baby has faced this situation please suggest on this. thank you/

Nothing to worry bayya ..it may be eczema and it is pretty normal .google cheyy soap and moisturizer chnage cheyy

Please stop using the usual soaps and use Sebamed Baby Bubble Bath. Always keep the skin moisturized. Use Physiogel Hypoallergenic Cream(expensive but contains natural plant based lipids)  or Cetaphil

Use 100% cotton clothes.

Please see the doctor.
