Fix in USA 1. Companies can get the USA entry date from I94, masters date, IND graduation date(certificate) and it will be easy to calculate the experience. 2. Companies should have the right to pull the person's info based on SSN I never understand, how an OPT guy is faking with 6-8 years and how they are managing the dates(DOB, I94, masters)? Are they changing/manipulating everything down from Passport? Quote
