merit based funding per district: 50 students = 1 mil$ per year. If the govt. ties up with certain univ. then it will be even cheaper. Germany lanti nations aite education free. So alanti programs ki next 20 or 30 based on merit fund chesi pampiste , it will be a great program.

reservations were good back in the day man. Ambedkar vision was great. Kani e timeline ki adi suit avadu ani na opinion. Reservations caste based kakunda income based cheyali ani na opinion.
