its illegal dont do it u will be screwed badly because its a income and u need to tell when you r filing taxes/...

yep, house koni rent ki ivvachu, but you have to hire a property management company to take care of that house ,collect rent, and deposit rent in your bank. you can't collect rent directly from the tenant. anthe, lot of ppl doing this and this is legal.

Collect rent in cash or store it under bed or a storage facility like Walter White does.

Bottom line is you cannot have a business income.

enduku bhayya illegal..........i own a condo, lived there for 1 year and due to good billing rate, moved to a different city and rented my property............has been showing IRS the rental income as my investment every year.............everything legal chestuna...........

im doing it, but certain states has some rules that u have to live in that house for 1 year to rent it out unless u buy it as investment property.......i brought it as living property
