after 6 years H1B kotte company ki vele mundu pata company approved  I140 meda 3 years extension istaru kadha.after that paata company i140 cancel ayina who cares?

after 6 years h1 b you have to go back to your home country.. even if you have i140 EADs and H1 extensions only 6 months to 1 years chestunnaru...from next year onwards...

i140 approved vallaki extensions guarantee ledu and if you go for stamping you need to prove that you are more qualified that most of the Vomericans to carry out that job so that they can approve your visa..
