Hyderabad: High Court of United Andhra Pradesh opined that killing people in the name of encounter is not alright. Mao leader RK's wife Sirisha filed a petition with the HC saying her husband is in the custody of police. Speaking about this Court ordered government to file an affidavit about whereabouts of the maoist leader.

 

HC opined that whether it is a common man or a maoist all are humans and that they cannot be killed in the name of encounter. Court also said that they are taking this case quite seriously and ordered to not do anything to RK.

 

Meanwhile Sirisha said that she has faith in law and investigation and hence moved HC.
