Dear Friends 

My friend looking for job and she is grade 10th pass. Has EAD &  Project Coordination 7+ years experience with MNC like HP & TATA Communication back in India. Can she apply job here in USA updating fake resume (saying she's B.com graduate or so.. ) ?

1) Do employer asks for original documents related to education ? 

2) Do Employer verify documents related to education? (with SSN or embassy ?)

3) If they get to know its fake do they take any actions? 

4) Is it safe to try to get Job putting fake education details in resume ? 

Any other DOs & Don'ts ?
