MTR apply cheste that takes for ever..if it denies again u l be considered out of status through out the period.

better option is apply h1b again through sister company in premium..make sure u have all the docs produced..but the thing here is u wont get i-94 since it is already expired..(some time u l get it by luck)..if you have visa stamping(any employer) u need to cross the border and come back in this case to get new i-94.if you dont have visa u have to go for stamping..and get i-94 renewed at the border..

Mtr is only for staying in us.. after i94 expired just stay calm and find the details of new tranfer cum ext

You Cannot work in MTR. You can stay upto 180 days i think... i filed MTR and stayed for 5 months then went to india and came back as dependent...then my MTR got approved after 8 months.

MTR applied last tuesday.

New Extension applied in premium from same employer this week. 

What if MTR is denied and new extension decision is not declared yet. 

Can I stay in US ??
