same situation but with a small change..............EVC -- CLIENT AND VENDOR GAVE LETTER..............APPLIED H1B EXTENSION IN REGULAR SINCE THEY HAVE STOPPED PREMIUM FOR SOME PERIOD AND THEN MOVED TO PREMIUM..............AFTER 10 DAYS RFE..............REGARDING EMPLOYEE - EMPLOYER

I94 IS UNTIL SEPT 10

DIDNOT APPLIED FOR MTR

SEPT 9 ---- NEW H1B APPLIED WITH SAME CLIENT LETTER, SAME VENDOR LETTER , SAME LCA AND WITH SAME EMPLOYER AS NEW H1 EXT.......THIS TIME PREMIUM

SEPT 10 --- USCIS RECEIVED

SEPT11 -- NEW RECEIPT GENERATED

RFE IN 10 DAYS REGARDING EDUCATION AND JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

GAVE TO ATTORNEY

APPROVED ON DEC 24 BEFORE CHRISTMAS
