MTR resposne inka raledu .. H1B extension same empoyer wednesday ki response vostadi ani told. 

Aug 28th visa exipred.. h1B extension or MTR decision pending lo unte how many days I can stay and work ?  30 or 180 ?

1) file MTR , if possible 

to prove tat , u r ok to stay in usa, my attrney didnt do that, howle gaadu naaku ekangaa kotha h1 file chesindu. Tats a big no no !!

file mtr and apply ur new h1 wt different emplyr - to be n safer side. Or 

2) Leave d country and apply h1 wt same or other emplyer@ go fr stamping and come back

 .3) you cannot work now 

4) you have 180 days to leave d country howvwr not advisable !!! 

Naaku 90 days almost pattindhi - to leavd d contry , canada poina , 221g padindhi -2 months kurchopettindhi VO officer.

reason - very obvious- no paychks since my denial and once of out stats u have to mention on ds160 and she asked why ? Explained bt still gave me 221g - 2 months , still settling down !! 

Idanthaa situatuon set avvadaniki i spent 8k !!! Canada lo hotel accomodation, food etc , okkati enti ante i couldnt file another h1, was wt same emplyr.

 

DO NOT GO FOR UNIVERsIty options- not advisable as this may cause more damage dn u think.

MTR is only for stay .. not for working ..

Do you have h1 transfer + extension receipt? i 94 expire ithe out of status. if h1 exten filed again from same employer then you should leave asap and 180 rule will come into picture
