i was in US from 2010 -2016 july on H1B , so aa H1 expire aipoindi , so prastutam nenu out of US. 1 year cooling period kada ( july2016-july2017)

so second H1 , next year feb lo apply cheyacha ?.. because adi approve ayye time ki naa cooling period aipotundi?  can i apply my new H1 in cooling period, or should i wait for the next to next term (2018)?

You can apply anukuntuna - ne application review aye time ki 1 year avtadi kada ..

"although H-1 will be applied in April, it will become effective from Oct by which time you will have completed 1 year." 

You can check w/ an attorney to get the correct information.
