Same young generations lo  .. nuvvannattu youth la aalochinche vallu vuntaru .. alaage Uncles mentality lo aalochince vallu vuntaaru man .

I am sure you have come across atleast 1 or 2 uncles who are on same page like you.

konta mandiki 45$ billing ekkuva . konth mandiki 60$ ekkuva kontamandiki 100$ ekkuva..

based on an individual , one can start their careers from any billing !!   in my experience, ( Technically Sound people, Great communicators and Steet smart guys   )  get more biling.  and ..  PPl who cry on others billing .. will keep crying.

Best thing is to NOT discuss your earnings with anyone , its personal and keep it yourself and

Respect everybody irrespective of what they do , earn , bill rate ( if you know). If they are not your type avoid them and mix with good crowd.
