real estate agents ni control lo cheyyataniki USA type govt will decide the property prices and taxes based on the govt estimated .. the property u bought before was black market rate.. it will diminish to govt rate.. all assamed.

espically ee month lo transaction pettukunta, sellers is assam, buyer is safe as he dump his black money on seller. Seller dont have enough time to invest that black money.

and from December there wont be any high end transaction on real estate, as know one will have black money to pay out and they cant but land with all white money too..
