Trump can't do anything regarding H4 EAD or H1 . This was done by DHS and it went through legal procedure. He only will have authority to remove Executive Action.

Essentially this includes DACA, DAPA  (likely) and I140 EAD compelling one (highly unlikely...) . Anyways I140 EAD compelling one doesn't really matter to most of us, so H1B's will not be effected. Infact Trump Administration has lot of H1B's.

FYI, Trump wants to retain highly skilled Immigrants. So those who have Masters from US and Legitimate clients won;t be effected...There is a chance that Indian Companies will be effected
