H1B transfer question

I 140 approved in 2013 November. 6 years of H1B expired at the end of October 2014, applied for extension based on approved I 140 and got a 3 year extension which is good till the end of October 2017. 

Now I am considering switching jobs and accepting a full time job. Most companies wait atleast 1 full year before initiating GC process, would this mean that I won't be able to switch jobs right now since October 2017 is less than one year away? Or would my H1B with the new company come with a 3 year extension based on my already approved I 140(although I wouldn't be with the same company anymore). 

Please advice.

Yes uncle you are out of options, you can extend H1 then transfer

There is a possibility for that......after that he can initiate your GC

GC PD is 2013. Nenu US ochindi 2006 lo, adi oka long long story le. Innallu ikkada unta ani anukolene ledu, got my GC filed very late.

nee prority date porting antava, use chesukovachu.. nee current employer revoke chesina kaani use chesukovachu, only one situation lo use chesukoleru, CIS revoke chesthe.
