His main priority is to build a wall and send all illegals and stop outsourcing.

Birthright citizenship is in his agenda, but not a  priority item. Executive Order will only  be used only for things which the house is against and there is no much support. Even if an EO is passed, it had to go through a whole bunch of levels and it takes atleast 2 yrs from start the finish to implement. DOT.
