Its easier for you to land into USA via visitors visa, Apply for H1B from UK,  land here aftet April, if picked, start working from November.

GC ki country of birth bro ... not for work permit .... but I don't think UK has special visa category like Australia E3 or Singapore special H1 .. so you have to apply for H1
