1 genuine reason is H1b will need amendment if joining from a different MSA, so for that client letter etc lolli, thats why Main vendors avoid h1bs. Also its easier for vendor to make USC and GC work on their W2. And 70% h1b via opt is pake pakodi ani vendors peeling.
