Lands rates generally hyped by so many frequent buy and sell transactions ( It is one of the tactics real estate brokers use saying this land was sold for such and such rates recently , and keep hyping prices ) .  Since the number of real estate transactions will decrease significantly, There will be huge drop in land rates. I am guessing easily 20-30% . The domino effect will also be there on homes and apartments prices.

Number of real estate transactions will decrease drastically since it is hard for people to come up with white money.
