amaravathi situation is worst , for ex Jhills lo land price per sqyd 1lakh unte goct rate will be 80k r smthng , amaravathi lo govt rate 5k untey on going rates are 80k to 1lakh,,,,, hyd lo realtors ki comparitively easy to take care of it..... i personally know of ppl from amarvathi who lost fck tons of money

hyd lo kuda monna manam we spoke kada abt karkhana , vikrampuri lo 18k undi govt rates prakaram but unofficial ga its 1lakh/sqft mainroad bit , alla chuskunna pedha bokka personal ga maaku and every one in such areas @3$%

last year tho compare chesthe almost 30% taggayi le before this black money episode itself .....not many people have big money in the market now, inkonni days aithe automatic ga thagguthay ...

 1cr petti naaku telisina vaadu 1 acre konnaadu..vaadiki  one commercial, one residential ichaaru.....basic ga aa rendu flats 1 cr petti konnattu.... veedu 10 yrs dhaka contrsuction cheyadu...aa flats evaru konaru.....10 yrs ki houses kattaali ante inko 1 cr ....so aa rendu flats lo house complete cheyataaniki 2 crs inest chesinattu......

e 1 cr petti polam konukkunte ,,at least 5 acre polam vasthumdi...adhi easy ga 2 or 2.5 cr avudhi 10 yrs ki....
