amaravathi situation is worst , for ex Jhills lo land price per sqyd 1lakh unte goct rate will be 80k r smthng , amaravathi lo govt rate 5k untey on going rates are 80k to 1lakh,,,,, hyd lo realtors ki comparitively easy to take care of it..... i personally know of ppl from amarvathi who lost fck tons of money

hyd lo kuda monna manam we spoke kada abt karkhana , vikrampuri lo 18k undi govt rates prakaram but unofficial ga its 1lakh/sqft mainroad bit , alla chuskunna pedha bokka personal ga maaku and every one in such areas
