You don't need approval copy ,still you can transfer H1B with receipt number .  I transfer h1b to new employer with  receipt number

tell him you want to renewal license, or passport. Or tell him you are applying for NRI loan in India and bank people are asking for documents along with Power of attorney.. etc...ela brathukutaharu va meru..

Bhayya 3 weeks calling him daily ; answered once n said will send... inpati varaku email cheyyaledhu... nenu atleast 10 emails, texts pampina.. no response

call him from different number and this time talk in high pitch not pleasing manner. Tell him you got stuck with work bcz of h1b copy. if you have receipt copy of that h1b, you can apply for h1-h4 in mean time. Some time RFE vasthundhi and some times radhu. test your luck, but atleast in mean time neku time save avuthindhi.

 

H1-h4 takes around 6-7 months few months back, I dont know how its going now.

They are people who are waiting for h1b approval (since it takes 1 year now) and applies for h4-ead in between with just h1b receipt copy and previous approval.

So dont waste time.

bro..how to do that?  I found my emploeyr but not any details like h1b
