land mandey macha... never its going to the builder... ipudu trend elaa undi antey.. apartments katinaka land should be given to builder and they will give higher share on apartments like 45%... repu podunaa edinaa natural disaster struck avutey land will be with builders..so we took 38% share and land will be ours for ever... 99years lease enduku antey NOC lagaa.. no one has opportunity to object any developments done in those 99 years by builder... after that terms will change... not your share..

koncham ardam ayi ardam kaanattu ardamaindhi vunclee..

It depends on the area where you have land suppose u have land in Srinagar colony which is a prime area share will go up to 60%.simple lekka if you have 1000 sq yards plot me area sq yard 20k undhi anuko nee plot value 2c.builder gaadu sq ft cheppuna isthadu.mee area lo sq ft 2500 undhanuko neeku 8000sqft isthad.so a 8000swft can be any no of apts based on builder plan .okavela 3bedroom 1500sqft vi kadithe meeku 5.3 apt osthay.builder ki ivvadam valla adv enti ante pedhaga em undadhu small things like goodwill ani const mundhu oka 10lakhs ,parking lot ni free ga ivvadam,generator ki paisal teesukopovadam,lifetime maintenance free ga ivvadam ilantivi untay.
