off course uncle...let me simplify...say meedi 1000sqyrds land and 800 builtup anuko...vadu aa 800 say 10 apts kattadu anuko..intial 1000 sq yrds should be shared acroos all the 10 apts...so per apt 100 yrds land vastadi anattu...ippudu mee sahe 40% anuko...u will get 4 apts with 400 sqyrds again

bro maa relative same business chestharu....naaku telisi owner and builder ki 50-50 istharu....land needhi aithe they will take care of entire construction. Some times they will give 60% also to owner...
