H1-B Bench Payroll , Information please

Got H-1B approved this october. But right now on Bench.

ma mesthri gadu naku H-1B bench payroll run chesthunadu, 

Additional ga benchpayroll paina 10% tax ani nanne katttamantunaru. 

Can anyone please explain what is this 10%tax . 

Bench lo unapudu usually maname e pay cheyala or employer pay chesthada? 

Please let me know information on this..

bench meeda payroll ki just $1800 kaduthamu anthe...nuvu inthakana ekkuva kaduthunav ante edo kirikiri undi

as per the law, your employer  should run the payroll for the amout he filed in your LCA.

for example you LCA has the salary of 100k, then you should pay taxes accordingly.

e 14 days ki 2500 ki run chesadu, ah 2500 lo tax manam pay chestham bro . but additional ga $250 aduguthunadu , adi regular ga jarigedhe na or ma mesthri gadu extra aduguthunada .

there is something called payroll tax that ur employer need to pay ... adi kuda netho ne katistundu .... i think its 8% anukunta

payroll tax thane kaduthunnadu.....he was saying employer is asking additional 10%
