What he is saying:

I already had a word with him. He is saying he will run the payroll. He is not asking me tax money now. He will also take the tax money after I get a job from me, which is fine with either of us. But he is also asking an additional of 10% and saying that it is mandatory for me to pay. When I raised this question , he said since you are on bench that is why we need to run payroll manually. If you are on job you wont require to pay those taxes , he will pay that tax.

Yeah baga ne poosadu, my problem is not with my direct employer. My direct employer helped me a lot. But main employer gadu idhi antha chesthunadu .
