1. Employer first month nunche payroll important send  money ani sava denks....

2. Friend thought first three months no payroll no problem Like H1b....

Who is right 1 or 2.....

just think like this, any employee coming for employment means that you have a job in usa and ur entitled to work, so neeku job vundi ani E3 visa mida ikkadiki vachav ante, u need to get the paycheck and in that scenario, u need to run the payroll...that's my 2 cents
