H 1 - I 94 - Stamping Issue - Help needed

na friend okadi situation-

MS aipoyindi. Inhouse project petti H1 applied. H1 Approved. but I94 ivvaledu. ippudu maa vaadu India velli raavali for stamping.

1) employer gadu emo I797 ivvakunda $7k pay chesthe istha antunnadu.-- deenini ela settle cheskovachhu?? throw some light

2) oka vela India velthe Inhouse project tho H1 approval chances entha varaku unnai. how soon he have to go to India for stamping.?

 anyone had this experience or in your close circles. plz help.

Indialo H1b stampings baagane avuthunnayi, if possible ask him to pay and attend the interview, come back and settle.. ATb.
