My friends who are in Texas (Dallas,Houston,Austin) backing out from buying homes.

Modi Effect : Hyd real estate down.  Few months back I was in talk with seller in adhibatla  .In August he told 17,000 /s1 yard. Now he is saying 10,000 is ok. he calls morning and evening..  whats app lo.. message ..today i blocked..him...   :-)

all friends moved to texas...:  

Houston loo Mechincal engineer friends (b.tech friends)

Dallas loo IT friends(8 friends : they moved from other state to Texas) 

Austin loo Start up lo (2 friends)

visa status issues unna vallu thinking on buying or not.. but all others buying.. housing market is going up with rocket speed.. padina kuda malli 3 or 4 years lo double aithadi.. no  worries.. konukkovochu..
